- Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, assessments, and background verifications.
- Collaborate with department heads to finalize hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in recruitment practices.
- Participate in employer branding activities and career fairs to attract talent.
