  • Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, assessments, and background verifications.
  • Collaborate with department heads to finalize hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in recruitment practices.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and career fairs to attract talent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
