1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection).
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct onboarding formalities and ensure smooth joining of new employees.

2. Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave, etc.)

  • Handle PF & ESIC registrations, monthly filings, challans, and employee updates.
  • Ensure timely processing of statutory payments and maintain related documentation.
  • Manage Bonus calculations as per statutory guidelines.
  • Maintain leave records (CL/EL/SL) and ensure compliance with company policy and labor laws.
  • Oversee maintenance of employee personal files and HR records.
  • Keep updated with changes in statutory regulations to ensure 100% compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,322.50 - ₹20,000.00 per month
