Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR department & guide junior HR team.
  • Create HR strategies, policies & SOPs.
  • Handle complete recruitment cycle for all departments.
  • Oversee onboarding, training & employee development.
  • Ensure compliance, updated HR records & legal documentation.
  • Manage payroll review, performance appraisals & retention plans.
  • Handle conflict resolution & disciplinary actions.
  • Drive employee engagement and workplace culture.
