HR Executive

About Us:
We specialize in eLearning content development, instructional design, alt-text writing, accessibility testing, software development, and web/mobile application development.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for eLearning roles (Instructional Designers, SMEs, Content Writers, Alt-Text Writers, Accessibility Testers).
• Hire technical talent (Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Project Managers).
• Create job descriptions, post jobs, screen resumes, take HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with team leads.
• Onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, policies, and compliance management.
• Handle leave management, employee grievances, and appraisal processes.
• Plan employee engagement activities and maintain company culture.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and support project-based hiring.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of HR experience in eLearning/EdTech or IT/Software companies.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala).
• Basic understanding of Instructional Design, accessibility, and technical skills to filter candidates.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines.
• Freshers can apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience in eLearning/EdTech or IT/Software companies are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,500.84 - ₹15,111.92 per month
