About the Role

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment activities, and contribute to fostering a professional, people-centric workplace culture.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· HR-related certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

· 0–1 year of relevant HR experience.

· Experience in a corporate or technology-driven organization will be preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.

· Detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

· Support recruitment, hiring, and workforce planning activities in coordination with the HR team and department heads.

· Maintain and update the candidate database and talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

· Coordinate and support employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and follow-ups.

· Assist in HR initiatives related to employee engagement, culture development, and employer branding.

· Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HR documentation, and benefits coordination.
