ob Title: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary

The HR Executive supports the Human Resources department by handling day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters).
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

2. Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain employee files (personal data, contracts, attendance, leave records).
  • Update HR databases and HRMS systems.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, relieving).

3. Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
  • Track attendance, leaves, overtime, and absenteeism.
  • Resolve payroll-related employee queries.

4. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
  • Coordinate feedback collection and documentation.
  • Support goal-setting and review processes.

6. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and feedback reports.
  • Support employee skill development initiatives.

7. Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in audits and HR reporting.

8. Exit Management

  • Conduct exit formalities and interviews.
  • Process full and final settlements.
  • Analyze attrition data and share insights with management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Confidentiality and ethical behavior

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers may apply depending on organization)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
