HR Executive

ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Hire software engineers, designers, QA, and business roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with team leads to understand technical requirements.

HR Operations

  • Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Maintain HR policies, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Resolve workplace issues and support employee well-being.

People & Culture

  • Improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Organize internal activities, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Ensure a professional, positive, and productive work environment.

Social Media (Plus)

  • Support employer branding on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Post job openings and company culture content.
  • Coordinate with marketing for hiring campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in HR or talent acquisition (tech industry preferred).
  • Proven experience hiring developers and technical roles.
  • Knowledge of payroll management and HR operations.
  • Good understanding of Pakistani labor practices and contracts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, trustworthy, and proactive.
