- Hire software engineers, designers, QA, and business roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with team leads to understand technical requirements.
HR Operations
- Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Maintain HR policies, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance tracking.
- Resolve workplace issues and support employee well-being.
People & Culture
- Improve employee engagement and retention.
- Organize internal activities, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure a professional, positive, and productive work environment.
Social Media (Plus)
- Support employer branding on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Post job openings and company culture content.
- Coordinate with marketing for hiring campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in HR or talent acquisition (tech industry preferred).
- Proven experience hiring developers and technical roles.
- Knowledge of payroll management and HR operations.
- Good understanding of Pakistani labor practices and contracts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, trustworthy, and proactive.
