Global recruiters (Onsite)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support our talent acquisition efforts. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and employer branding support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment for internships and junior-to-mid-level roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Assist in employer branding and job posting activities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
