Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Executive – Retail to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has strong hands-on experience in Keka HRMS, payroll, statutory compliances, vendor coordination, and employee lifecycle management. You will play a key role in supporting store operations, ensuring compliance, and creating a positive employee experience across locations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & HRMS
- Manage end-to-end HR operations using Keka HRMS, ensuring accurate employee data and reports.
- Support attendance, leave, and shift management for retail staff.
Payroll & Compliance
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for retail employees.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, CLRA, and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for filings, audits, and inspections.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Drive smooth onboarding of store and corporate staff including documentation, induction, and system setup.
- Manage employee exits, full & final settlements, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
Vendor & Admin Management
- Coordinate with vendors such as security, housekeeping, manpower agencies, and other retail support services.
- Track vendor performance and ensure service quality across stores.
Security & Store Monitoring
- Conduct regular CCTV observation to support store discipline, safety, and loss prevention.
- Coordinate with security teams and store managers on incidents and compliance issues.
Employee Support & Engagement
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact for retail staff and store managers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and internal communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Keka HRMS.
- Strong working knowledge of retail payroll and labor law compliances.
- Experience in vendor management and administrative coordination.
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and retail security practices.
- Good understanding of onboarding and exit processes.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
