JOB DISCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage and support hospital human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital or healthcare HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin staff)
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules
  • Handling HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities
  • Coordination with payroll and accounts team
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements
  • Managing employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Conducting induction and training coordination
  • Supporting performance appraisal and HR audits

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of hospital HR operations
  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and HR software
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in NABH / hospital accreditation processes
  • Exposure to manpower planning and shift management
