HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage and support all human resource functions within our medical billing company at Code Cure AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance, helping to maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (healthcare or medical billing industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in US medical billing or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
