Job Purpose
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, leave management, and HR documentation to ensure smooth and compliant HR functioning within the organization.
Key Responsibilities1️ Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
2️ Employee Relations & Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist with disciplinary actions as required.
- Help maintain a positive and professional work culture.
3️ HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
- Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, employment letters, NOC, etc.).
- Update HR systems and employee databases regularly.
- Support HR policy implementation and compliance.
4️ Payroll & Leave Management
- Coordinate with finance/payroll for monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Handle annual leave, sick leave, and other leave documentation.
- Assist in benefits administration.
5️ Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law regulations.
- Assist in visa processing, renewals, and PRO coordination (if UAE-based).
- Support audits and HR compliance checks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws (UAE experience is an advantage if applicable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
