Job description

Female HR executive responsibilities include creating job posts, hiring new employees, and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in the human resources department.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process to hire suitable candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the call center.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Payroll making

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills
  • Proven work experience as an HR Generalist, recruiter, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Candidates with call center experience will be preferred.
  • 01 - 02 years of proven experience in the call center industry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
