HR Executive

Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll processing and employee record management. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR accuracy and compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and well-versed in HR processes-especially payroll administration. You should be proactive in handling confidential information, maintaining HR systems, and supporting both employees and leadership with efficiency and care. Responsibilities

• Accurately process monthly payroll including overtime, deductions, and allowances.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes with timely documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payroll compliance and timelines.
• Support HR Manager in communicating policy updates to staff.
• Provide administrative support for internal HR communications.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure HR data is up-to-date and compliant with UAE labor laws.
• Maintain attendance and leave records.
• Assist in preparing monthly HR metrics and reports.
• Ensure all payroll records are accurately filed for audits and review.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR or payroll-focused role within the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE labor law and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Work Arrangement
