HR Executive

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide HR support to management and employees, including advising on HR-related issues and compliance matters.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations and manage employee records.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
  • Maintain HR metrics and reports to monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and overseeing the offboarding process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,413.07 per month
