- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and manage performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Provide HR support to management and employees, including advising on HR-related issues and compliance matters.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations and manage employee records.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
- Maintain HR metrics and reports to monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and overseeing the offboarding process.
