Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

HR Administration and Documentation:

Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
Assist with HR-related reporting, data analysis, and preparation of HR metrics.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing employee events, recognition programs, and surveys.
Assist with employee relations matters, such as addressing employee inquiries, complaints, and conflicts.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee communication strategies.

Training and Development:

Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.
Administer training evaluation processes and compile feedback for improvement.

Benefits and Compensation Administration:

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Support the annual benefits open enrollment process and communicate relevant information to employees.
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure HR compliance.
Support HR audits and assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary.

General HR Support:

Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist with HR projects, such as performance management, employee surveys, or HR system implementations.
Handle inquiries and provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in an HR support role is preferred but not always required.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
