Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced D2C environment. The candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, resolving workplace concerns, and ensuring smooth payroll and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Issue Resolution

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns

Handle and resolve employee grievances professionally

Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive work culture

Conduct employee feedback discussions and engagement activities

Payroll & Attendance Management

Manage monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions)

Coordinate with accounts/payroll consultants for salary processing

Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records

Handle full & final settlements

HR Operations & Documentation

Maintain employee records and HR documentation, and Visit Warehouse

Support onboarding & exit formalities

Maintain HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.)

Ensure policy adherence

Compliance & Policy Support

Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

Support audits and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Problem-solving & conflict-handling ability

Knowledge of payroll processes & attendance systems

Understanding of HR compliance basics

Ability to work under pressure

Proficiency in MS Excel / HRMS tools

Qualifications:

Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field

1–3 years of HR experience (D2C / Retail / E-commerce preferred)
