Job Title: HR ExecutiveJob Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations, including attendance management, payroll processing, employee coordination, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth HR functioning while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities1. Attendance Management
- Maintain and update daily employee attendance records accurately.
- Monitor leave records, late arrivals, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
2. Payroll Management
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll sheets with accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely salary processing.
- Generate and distribute salary slips.
- Manage reimbursements, deductions, and Full & Final (FNF) settlements.
3. Employee Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Manage onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee master data and personal records.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal meetings.
4. HR Documentation & Compliance
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in background verification and documentation processes.
5. General HR Operations
- Support recruitment and joining formalities.
- Update HRMS systems and manage leave records.
- Send birthday and work anniversary communications.
- Prepare HR reports and coordinate internal meetings.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or payroll management
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,362.23 - ₹32,967.81 per month
