We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles with minimum 6 Months to 1 year of Experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions
  • Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates
  • Assist in onboarding formalities

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
  • Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹280,000.00 per year
