About Toyo Kombucha

Toyo Kombucha is a fast-growing beverage manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality kombucha products. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage factory HR operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory manpower (production staff, helpers, supervisors, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding process
• Maintain manpower planning as per production requirements

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

• Monitor daily attendance and shift management
• Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
• Maintain leave records and overtime data

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Ensure statutory compliance related to factory manpower
• Coordinate for audits and inspections

4. Employee Relations

• Handle worker grievances and disciplinary issues
• Maintain positive work culture on factory floor
• Conduct basic training & induction sessions

5. Administrative Support

• Manage contractor manpower coordination
• Maintain HR MIS reports
• Support factory manager in HR-related tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or factory setup
• Strong knowledge of factory HR operations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle shop-floor workforce
• Must reside near factory location for quick availability

Salary: As per experience

Working Days: 6 DaysReporting

To: Factory Manager / Founder’s Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
