Position: HR Executive

Location: Medak (Hyderabad) / Valsad (Gujarat) / Noida Sector 155 (Factory) Experience: 2+ Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR executive to join our team at our factory locations in Medak (Hyderabad), Valsad (Gujarat), and Noida Sector 155. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including compensation and benefits information.

● Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

● Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. ● Manage employee attendance, leave records, and benefits administration. ● Support internal HR audits and coordinate with departments for HR needs.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

● Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory benefits (e.g., PF, ESI).
● Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
