HR Executive with minimum of 7-10 years of experience with strong focus on Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent for our construction and fit-out operations. The role also supports general HR functions, employee onboarding, and HR administration.

Salary: 8,000-12,000 AED

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all technical and non-technical positions (Engineers, Site Staff, Project Teams, Office Staff, etc.).
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and project managers.
  • Ensure all recruitments are completed within the required project timelines.
  • Manage job postings across multiple portals and professional networks.
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and verify credentials.

Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the team.
  • Maintain employee files, personal records, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.

HR Operations & Support

  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and PRO activities as required.
  • Provide support in employee relations, engagement activities, and performance management cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, interior fit-out, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
