Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and policy enforcement. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Draft and update job descriptions and job postings
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality
  • Manage and operate HRMS tools for employee data, attendance, and reporting
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for employee health coverage, enrollments, and claims
  • Support disciplinary actions and offboarding procedures when needed
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture and boost employee morale
  • Stay updated on HR trends and legal regulations to ensure compliance
  • Assist in organizational development and workforce planning
  • Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and improvement plans
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Asset Management, keep record of company assets and allocation to the team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Must be comfortable with mid-day shift timings (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
  • Sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently
  • Ability to work in alignment with management direction while maintaining a collaborative approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
