Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and policy enforcement. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Draft and update job descriptions and job postings
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality
- Manage and operate HRMS tools for employee data, attendance, and reporting
- Coordinate with insurance providers for employee health coverage, enrollments, and claims
- Support disciplinary actions and offboarding procedures when needed
- Maintain a positive workplace culture and boost employee morale
- Stay updated on HR trends and legal regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist in organizational development and workforce planning
- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review
- Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and improvement plans
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts
- Asset Management, keep record of company assets and allocation to the team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an HR role
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Must be comfortable with mid-day shift timings (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
- Sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently
- Ability to work in alignment with management direction while maintaining a collaborative approach
