Job Summary:

The HR Executive – HR Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative functions, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role requires strong hands-on experience with HRM systems, particularly TimeTrax, to manage attendance, leave, payroll and employee data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Alignment of interviews and be a part of recruitment process.
  • Monthly Employee Travel Planning & execution, and boarding & loadgging arrangement at different sites across Pakistan.

2. HRMS / TimeTrax Management

  • Manage and operate TimeTrax HRM software for attendance, leave, and shift management, payroll management.
  • Monitor daily attendance, team locations, late arrivals, absences, and overtime
  • Generate and analyze attendance and HR reports from TimeTrax
  • Reconcile attendance data for payroll processing
  • Coordinate with finance for salary processing and adjustments
  • Ensure accuracy in deductions, overtime, and final settlements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors if required

3. Employee Support & Coordination

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave
  • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
  • Assist in performance management cycle documentation

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Managing SESSI, PESSI & EOBI and ensure HR documentation complies with legal standards.
  • Group Life, Health Insurance Data & Vendor Management.
  • Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, leave trends, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with TimeTrax HRM software (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of attendance, leave, and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
