Job Purpose:
To manage and support shop-floor and staff HR operations at the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth manpower availability, discipline, and compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR records for factory workers, staff, and contract labour.
- Coordinate recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and safety orientation. - Handle attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave management.
- Coordinate with production supervisors for manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. - Support audits, inspections, and EHS training documentation.
Qualification:
-Bachelors degree in HR or related field with 2–4 years of manufacturing HR experience.
-Manufacturing / Paint industry experience preferred

Work Type: Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Time: 9 am to 6pm
