Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Handle employee onboarding and induction
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in attendance management
  • Support performance management processes
  • Organize training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Handle employee queries and grievance resolution
  • Drive employee engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR role (freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
