We operate four service brands spanning virtual medical assistance, medical billing, clinical scribing, and proprietary SaaS platforms. Our office on the Rawalpindi/Islamabad border is our operational core, and the team here drives real impact for healthcare providers across the United States every day.

Position Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive who can independently manage both recruitment and payroll functions. This is a dual-responsibility role suited for someone with real, hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring as well as payroll processing not just exposure to one or the other.

This role follows US business hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, onsite from our Rawalpindi office. Candidates must be fully comfortable with this schedule before applying.

You will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with department heads across the organization. We expect a reasonable ramp period, but you should bring existing skills in both functions and be ready to take ownership early.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously, from job posting to onboarding
  • Work directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates actively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other relevant job boards and social platforms
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate assessments or technical evaluations
  • Draft and issue offer letters, employment agreements, and related documentation
  • Keep candidate and employee records accurate and up to date in the ATS
  • Lead bulk hiring drives and contribute to employer branding efforts
  • Ensure every new hire has a smooth, professional onboarding experience

Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
  • Maintain and update payroll records including salary revisions, increments, deductions, and final settlements
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure timely disbursements and resolve any payroll discrepancies
  • Handle payroll documentation including salary slips, increment letters, and payroll reconciliation reports
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations in payroll processing

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in both recruitment and payroll -- candidates with strong experience in only one function will not be considered for this role
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal; must be able to draft professional correspondence independently
  • Mandatory: prior hands-on experience with an ATS platform (please mention the specific tool in your CV)

  • Active proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media sourcing
  • Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising accuracy
  • Must be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad, or willing to commute to the Rawalpindi Satellite Town office before joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
