HR Executive

Company Type: Startup Digital Marketing Agency

Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Shift: Morning Shift (Mon–Fri)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments including digital marketing, creative, tech, sales, and operations
  • Source active and passive candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referral networks
  • Screen incoming applications, shortlist candidates based on role criteria, and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and senior management
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring pipeline from first contact to offer stage
  • Draft and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and appointment letters
  • Design and execute a structured onboarding experience for all new hires
  • Conduct orientation sessions covering company culture, values, policies, and team introductions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Track and manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules with monthly reporting
  • Ensure all HR practices remain aligned with Pakistan Labour Law
  • Assist management in drafting and rolling out HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and assist in KPI setting and tracking
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and professional manner
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a digital agency, tech startup, or fast-paced SME
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and Pakistan Labour Law
  • Proficient in MS Office — particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • Must be available for onsite morning shift and able to commute to DHA Phase 4
