Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review cycles
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team
• Address employee queries and support a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR experience (recruitment, operations, or generalist role)
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with HRIS tools and job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Comfortable working night shift hours (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
