HR Executive

Job Description:

  • Proactively search for potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal referrals.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and skills to determine their suitability for specific positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and initial stages of on-boarding for candidates e.g., draft offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts etc.
  • Oversee and coordinate activities of support staff, provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance of their duties. This includes monitoring their attendance, work allocation, and offering trainings when required
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent, enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice, and maintain a positive employer brand presence in Lahore's competitive job market.
  • Assist Admin Head in vehicle fleet management, fuel record and ensure routine maintenance
  • Manage petty cash, maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation for reimbursements. As the custodian of petty cash, you must exercise strong attention to detail and adhere to company policies and financial procedures


Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
