HR Executive

PFC Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Site HR Executive to manage site-level HR and administration operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling workforce coordination, employee relations, attendance management and HR documentation within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary HR representative at the project site
• Handle site-level recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization of manpower
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime records, and labor compliance
• Conduct employee inductions and attend daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and ensure effective coordination and participation
• Manage employee relations and resolve site-level HR grievances professionally
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies and site regulations
• Coordinate visa renewals, Emirates ID, gate pass, insurance and medical-related documentation
• Monitor employee accommodation, transportation and camp movements
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports to management
• Coordinate with Head Office HR and site management for HR and administrative matters
• Support disciplinary procedures, warning letters and employee communication
• Ensure proper office administration and coordination of support staff at site

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience as an HR Executive
• Construction field/site HR experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multicultural workforce environments
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness to work at construction project sites

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / PG in Human Resources or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the construction industry preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
