Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a HR Executive Compliance and Payroll

Key Responsibilities

1. Attendance & Time Office Management

  • Monitor daily attendance, biometric system, shift schedules, and weekly-offs.
  • Ensure timely updating of attendance, leaves, overtime (OT) & manual entries.
  • Maintain muster rolls, OT registers, job cards, and late coming records.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to verify attendance discrepancies.
  • Check on inwards and outwards on daily Process.

2. Payroll Processing

  • Process monthly payroll for factory employees as per attendance.
  • Prepare salary sheets, OT calculations, deductions (PF, ESI, LWF, PT)
  • Maintain wage register.
  • Manage new joiners’, resignations, full & final settlement.
  • Distribute payslips and resolve any salary-related queries.

3. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance under Factories Act, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages, etc.
  • Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
  • Handle monthly PF/ESI challan generation and returns.
  • Coordinate with labour department, vendor audits, and statutory inspections.

4. HR Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain employee files, personal records, and contract labour records.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports: attendance, overtime, headcount, salary cost, leave reports.
  • Support HR audits, ISO documentation, and compliance checks.

5. Employee & Contractor Management

  • Coordinate with contractors for attendance, billing verification, gate passes.
  • Ensure legal compliance of contract workers (ID cards, documents, wages).
  • Support grievance handling related to attendance, leaves & payroll.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR / BBA / MBA HR (preferred).

Experience

  • 3–5 years of HR experience in factory / manufacturing / plant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and T&A systems.

Skills Required

  • Payroll processing & statutory knowledge (PF, ESI, LWF).
  • Time office management.
  • MS Excel proficiency.
  • Good communication & coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
