1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, company website, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with relevant departments.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and talent pipelines.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires including induction, documentation, and orientation.
- Ensure all joining formalities and background verifications are completed.
- Manage employee exit processes including exit interviews and final settlements.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
- Track attendance, leaves, and work hours in HRMS or manual systems.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR dashboards (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Draft official letters such as employment verification, promotion, warning, and termination letters.
- Ensure HR files are organized, accurate, and up to date.
4. Payroll & Benefits Support
- Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for timely salary processing.
- Update payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
- Assist employees with queries regarding salary, PF, ESI, tax deductions, etc.
- Help manage employee benefits such as health insurance, reimbursements, etc.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Support employee engagement initiatives like events, wellness activities, and recognition programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and compile feedback.
6. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and HR regulations.
- Assist in policy drafting, implementation, and communication to staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
