Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Techno City 2, 6th Road, Rawalpindi
Salary: Starting PKR 40,000/month (Negotiable)
Work Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage daily HR operations and support a team involved in online marketplace management. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and a proactive approach to people management and office administration.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in an HR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.
• Handle daily HR operations such as attendance, leave management, and policy enforcement.
• Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate with department leads to ensure smooth workflow and employee satisfaction.
• Assist in payroll coordination and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
