Job Description – HR Executive

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

*About the Role*

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage and support a team of 10–15 tele sales employees. The role focuses on ensuring team performance, conducting initial interview rounds, employee engagement activities, and overseeing incentive programs.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle team management of 10–15 telesales employees, ensuring productivity and performance.

* Monitor and help employees in achieving sales targets & daily goals.

* Conduct & schedule first-round interviews for new hires.

* Oversee employee engagement activities including orientation and onboarding.

* Prepare and manage incentive slabs & performance-based rewards.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

* Act as a bridge between employees and management to resolve queries and concerns.

*Requirements*

* Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in HR operations / team handling (tele sales preferred).

* Strong people management and communication skills.

* Ability to motivate, engage, and lead employees toward targets.

* Knowledge of incentive design and performance evaluation will be an advantage.
