Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, statutory compliance, and performance management. This role is ideal for candidates with 2+ years of hands-on HR experience, especially those residing near Perungalathur—local candidates will be given preference. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
• Collaborate with department heads to fulfill hiring needs efficiently

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Conduct onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and system setup
• Register new joiners under EPFO and ESIC portals and maintain compliance
• Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth offboarding

Statutory Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory filings
• Liaise with external agencies for timely submissions and renewals

Performance Management

• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and assist in goal-setting and feedback collection
• Support training and development initiatives aligned with performance outcomes

HR Operations & Support

• Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and benefits
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies
• Prepare reports for audits and internal reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 year of experience in HR executive roles
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRMS platforms
• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, documentation, and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zoho People or similar HR software
• Exposure to statutory audits and policy drafting
• Candidates from nearby locations will be prioritized
