This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR and recruitment who is ready to step into a leadership role and learn the business side of HR outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal HR Management (End-to-End)

* Onboarding & Exit

* Policy & Compliance

* Employee Engagement

* Attendance & Payroll

2. Team Leadership & Recruitment

* Lead the Recruitment Team

* Strategy

* Quality Control

3. Outsource Project Management

* Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding outsourced staffing needs.

* Operations: Manage deployment and documentation of outsourced staff for various projects.

* Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress and project delivery status.

Candidate Profile: Requirements & Skills

* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR and Recruitment (Consultancy experience is a plus).

* Education: Graduate

* Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate a team and drive them to meet tight deadlines.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for client interactions.

* Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and various Job Portals.

* Mindset: A learner attitude—someone who isn’t afraid to take on new challenges and grow with the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
