Required HR Executive (Female)

Location: PCSIR Johar Town Lahore.

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support our HR department in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters.
• Support attendance management, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle basic employee queries and HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
