Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role includes handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive serves as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain an updated database of applicants and employee records.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Promote a positive and engaging company culture.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Prepare HR reports such as turnover, attendance, and performance statistics.
  • Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts department for timely processing.

4. Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and follow-ups.
  • Track and document performance improvement plans and employee development programs.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.
  • Handle employee disciplinary actions and maintain related documentation.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (preferably in Qatar).
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
