Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and help build a positive workplace culture at FODUU.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
• Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
• Support management in performance appraisals and HR reporting.
• Address employee queries and foster a healthy workplace environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
