Salary: PKR 40,000/month

Job Description:
Seeking an HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR concepts, with a particular focus on recruitment and employee management. This is a full-time, on-site night shift position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews)
• Maintain HR records and assist in employee onboarding
• Support HR operations and ensure smooth team coordination
• Work towards achieving recruitment goals effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of HR/recruitment experience OR HR internship experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and processes
• Recruitment-focused and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong English communication skills
• Call center recruitment experience is a plus
