Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and issue offer/appointment letters.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries and grievances effectively.
- Maintain healthy workplace culture and open communication channels.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
- Process payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement in coordination with accounts.
- Draft and issue HR letters (confirmation, transfers, warnings, relieving, etc.).
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee exit formalities and full & final settlements.
5. Performance Management & Training
- Support in implementation of performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI).
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Track probation reviews and performance improvement plans.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS preferred).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (for Executive role).
- Female candidate Preferable
