Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth induction.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Monitor attendance, leave, and time management systems.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing and related documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records accurately.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support departmental heads in evaluating and documenting employee performance.
- Follow up on performance improvement plans where necessary.
5. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee files, HR database, and ensure confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain documentation for audits.
6. Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and assess post-training effectiveness.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
