Qualification: M.S.W - HR

Salary: 25000-30000

Experience: 2-4yrs

Job Description:

1. Candidate must have worked in manufacturing sector.

2. Managing the entire recruitment process of the factory.

3. Addressing employee grievances and positive workplace culture.

4. Must have basic understanding of Labour Laws.

5. Must have experience in Leave and attendance management.

6. Must be able to write and speak Kannada.
