We are a growing hospitality group with some of Pune’s most celebrated nightlife and dining destinations — Local Gastro Bar, Bacchus Diner & Club, The Quarter Company (TQC Lounge) — and our upcoming villa ventures. We are looking for a Corporate HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR functions across all brands and business verticals.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — for multiple brands and locations.
  • Hire for diverse hospitality roles such as restaurant managers, captains, chefs, bartenders, service staff, marketing executives, and support staff.
  • Build a strong internal database and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate final evaluations with respective department heads.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and relieving documents.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies across all outlets and projects.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in setting KPIs/KRAs and conducting regular performance reviews with department heads.
  • Support in designing employee recognition and reward programs to boost morale and retention.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across teams and coordinate skill-development programs.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to align them with company culture and standards.

5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Plan and execute engagement activities across brands — festivals, employee appreciation days, team outings, etc.
  • Foster a positive work environment that reflects the energy and values of our hospitality group.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work directly with top management to implement HR strategies across all entities.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Liaise with accountants, legal advisors, and senior leadership on policy or compliance updates.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an HR Executive (preferably in the hospitality or service industry).
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of hospitality job roles and experience handling mass and niche hiring.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage HR operations across multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and HRMS software.
  • Personality: Professional, approachable, and proactive with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
