Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom staff (Sales Executives, Cashiers, Telecallers, Security, Admin etc.)
- Conduct initial screening & schedule interviews with respective department heads.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records & prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain statutory compliance support (ESI / PF / Professional Tax).
- Execute employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
- Manage training for sales staff regarding customer handling & showroom ethics.
- Address employee queries professionally and act as a bridge between management & staff.
- Support in performance evaluation & appraisal process.
- Ensure discipline, grooming standards and punctuality inside the showroom.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
- People handling & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle store-level operations & work under pressure.
- Pleasant appearance and professional behaviour.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Weekday based on roster
