Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom staff (Sales Executives, Cashiers, Telecallers, Security, Admin etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening & schedule interviews with respective department heads.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records & prepare monthly reports.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain statutory compliance support (ESI / PF / Professional Tax).
  • Execute employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Manage training for sales staff regarding customer handling & showroom ethics.
  • Address employee queries professionally and act as a bridge between management & staff.
  • Support in performance evaluation & appraisal process.
  • Ensure discipline, grooming standards and punctuality inside the showroom.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
  • People handling & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle store-level operations & work under pressure.
  • Pleasant appearance and professional behaviour.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Weekday based on roster
