HR Executive (Generalist)

Position: HR Executive – Generalist

Experience: 4–7 Years

Salary: ₹4–6 LPA

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing (Mandatory Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for jewellery manufacturing roles
• Manage onboarding, attendance, leave & HR operations
• Support payroll inputs & HRMS updates
• Maintain employee files, HR MIS & compliance documents
• Handle employee grievances & engagement activities
• Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment

Key Requirements

• Mandatory experience in Jewellery Industry
• Strong knowledge of HR operations & documentation
• Good in communication, Excel & HRMS
• Ability to handle factory-level HR activities

Qualification: Graduate / MBA HR Preferred
