HR Manager for a SME @ Erode :

We are looking for a HR Professional for Polymer factory at Erode with 170 employees , registered under MSME. The Individual should have a min of 3 years of exp in managing a factory.

The KPIs are :
1. Ensuring availability of Man Power. Both operators and staff.
2. Manage the attrition
3. Multi skill development
4. Responsible for the change management.
5. Payroll management and statutory management.

Should be conversant in Tamil. Knowledge in spoken Hindi will be an advantage.
People willing to migrate from Hosur, Chennai, Coimbatore & Bangalore shall be given a competitive package.
