Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Handle job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding processes to fulfill hiring needs across departments.
- Employee Benefits & Compensation: Manage salary, PF, ESIC, and other benefits, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
- Performance Management: Conduct employee appraisals, performance evaluations, and facilitate training and development.
- Compliance & Legal Requirements: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and manage employee documentation.
- Training & Development: Organize and manage employee skill enhancement programs, workshops, and career development plans.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Address workplace conflicts, organize team-building activities, and ensure a positive work culture.
- HR Policies & Systems: Develop and enforce company policies, maintain HRIS, and ensure consistency in HR processes.
- Organizational Development: Plan workforce requirements, manage succession planning, and ensure long-term leadership development.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports related to employee turnover, recruitment trends, and performance.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure inclusive hiring practices and promote a diverse and respectful work environment.
- Health & Wellness Programs: Organize employee wellness programs and initiatives to support work-life balance.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the HR field
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and training
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage HR operations efficiently and meet company goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
