Company: Shyam Chemicals is a leading manufacturer of high-quality copper chemicals, serving diverse industries in India and globally.
Job Summary: Manages routine Human Resources operations including talent acquisition support, employee lifecycle management, payroll and benefits coordination, training facilitation, and compliance with labor laws, contributing to efficient HR functioning and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Development
· Execute end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups for various roles.
· Coordinate and support new hire onboarding and employee integration to ensure a smooth joining experience.
· Assist in administering performance appraisal processes and support training programs aimed at employee skill and performance development.
2. Attendance, Compensation, Administration & HRMS
· Manage daily attendance and leave records, prepare payroll inputs, and support administration of employee benefits including health insurance, PF/EPF, ESI, and gratuity.
· Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records and ensure effective use and updating of the HR Management System (HRMS).
3. Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
· Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing routine queries and assisting in grievance handling.
· Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives to promote a positive and healthy work culture.
· Ensure day-to-day HR activities and documentation comply with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements including EPF, ESI, and Factory Acts.
· Assist in implementing disciplinary actions and separation processes in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business. Master’s degree is preferred.
· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources operations.
· Sound working knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience in using HRMS platforms, performance management systems, and payroll/compensation processes
· Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee interactions effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
